Webbloom Digital was co-founded in 2019 by Shubham Bhavsar (Founder & CEO) and Shreyas Bagal (Co-Founder). Shubham leads overall agency strategy, operations and client growth programs. Shreyas focuses on social media growth, brand positioning and content strategy for clinics, startups and personal-brand founders. Both are based in Pune, Maharashtra, and personally remain involved in client strategy calls, especially for new engagements. The agency was started to give local Indian businesses access to the same quality of digital marketing that big brands take for granted, with full transparency and no lock-in contracts.
The team is structured around dedicated account managers paired with channel specialists. Each client gets a single Pune-based account manager who acts as the primary point of contact, plus specialists for SEO, paid ads (Google & Meta), social media, content, web design and analytics depending on scope. The account manager attends every monthly review, responds within 2 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–7 PM IST), and is proactive about flagging opportunities and risks. This structure means you never get bounced between departments — one person owns your account end-to-end.
Yes. Both Shubham Bhavsar and Shreyas Bagal are actively involved in client strategy, particularly during onboarding (first 30 days) and quarterly strategy reviews. For ongoing execution, dedicated account managers and channel specialists handle day-to-day work, but founder oversight is built into every engagement. For high-stakes campaigns — major launches, repositioning, large ad budgets — founders are directly engaged. You will always have access to a founder for escalations and strategic input throughout the engagement, regardless of retainer size.
The entire Webbloom Digital team is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This is intentional — local market expertise is a structural advantage we offer over remote or non-local agencies. We understand what converts for a dentist in Kothrud, a builder in Hinjewadi or a restaurant in Wakad because we live and work in these markets.
